When you request a demo, you share your name, company, work email, export-business type, order volume and the issue you want help with. Your phone number is optional.

Why we use it

We use this information to review whether the software is relevant to your work, contact you about your request and arrange the demo. A demo request does not sign you up for unrelated marketing messages.

How requests reach us

Demo requests are sent using FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, to our sales mailbox at sales@eternaltechverse.com. FormSubmit processes the information you submit only to deliver it to us; read its privacy policy for how it handles data in transit.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep enquiry details in our sales mailbox for as long as we need them to respond to your request and, if you become a customer, to support your account. If you would like us to delete the details we hold about you, email us and we will action your request.

Website usage information

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs to operate and secure the website. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
